Egyptian companies have proven their ability to expand into the Gulf Africa and Europe leveraging both innovation and cost efficiency. This combination positions Egypt as a natural launchpad for regional growth.

This may include separating operating entities from holding structures preparing for foreign investment or aligning governance with regional standards. These steps are necessary.
