Al Ahly Pharos Investment Banking successfully concludes 7 securitization issuances worth EGP 12bn in just 12 days

Al-Ahly Pharos Investment Banking, one of the subsidiaries of Al-Ahly Financial Services Group which represents the integrated investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt Group, has recently completed advisory and/or arranging and underwriting. services for 7 securitization issuances worth EGP 12bn backed by EGP 19bn differentiated portfolios in various business sectors. (leasing, mortgage, microfinance, and consumer finance) within the last 12 Days in December 2023.

The seven transactions concluded were for Tamweel Mortgage with a value of EGP 1,695bn, AUR Leasing and Factoring with a value of EGP 1.79bn, Rawasi for Urban Developments with a value of EGP 1.012bn, GB Lease and Factoring with a value of EGP 1.645bn, Corplease with a value of EGP 3.177bn, Aman with a value of EGB 1.148bn, and Contact with a value of EGP 1.381bn.
